Legislative Information
THE most important holiday gift you can give your children:
Help stop state education budget cuts.
Our schools are already underfunded: Now, to deal with state economic
problems, legislators have proposed budget cuts to our children's basic
education! This means larger class sizes and less basic education resources
that our children need to succeed.
Please take a few minutes now to send a message to your legislators and the
governor. We need to let them know that we support education funding and
finance reform, NOT budget cuts. It’s automated, with a preprinted message
and an option to add your story or concerns.
Go to:
http://capwiz.com/npta2/wa/home
Click on "Support Education Funding and Finance Reform." (Unit 2.3.95)
And – please e-mail this link to your friends, here in Bellevue and across
the state. This is a statewide problem that you can help fix. Do it for your
child. Do it for our future.
It’s easy; it’s automated. Take five minutes to make a difference.
