PTA Email Distribution List

At various times the PTA has the need to send out communications to our school community.  These communications include but are not limited to a weekly notice of events with a direct link to our newsletter.  If you would like to receive these communications please follow the subscribe steps below.  Adding your email will not change your status of receiving a paper packet.  To opt out of the paper copy please e-mail Lisa Kirschner with the following information 1) Name of parent 2) Email address(es) of parent and 3) Name of each student, grade, teacher at newsletter@puestadelsolpta.org  If you are currently receiving communications and would like this to cease please follow the unsubscribe steps below.  Emails gathered will only be used by Puesta del Sol PTA, they will never be shared with advertisers or other organizations.  If you have questions about this please contact webmaster@puestadelsolpta.org .

Subscribing to the Distribution List

1. Send an email to distribution-subscribe@puestadelsolpta.org  no need to include a subject, or text since they will not be read.

2. You will receive an email verifying that you want to subscribe to the list.  This should happen within 24 hours, you may need to check your junk folder. 
    

3. Please follow the directions in the email to verify your subscription.

Now you are on the list and will receive anything sent out on it.  These steps need to be done only once.

Unsubscribing from the Distribution List

1. Send an email to distribution-unsubscribe@puestadelsolpta.org  no need to include a subject, or text since they will not be read.

2. You will receive an email verifying that you want to unsubscribe from the list.  This should happen within 24 hours, you may need to check your junk folder. 
    

3. Please follow the directions in the email to verify your removal from the list.

Now you are no longer on the list and will not receive anything sent out on it.  These steps need to be done only once.
