PTA Email Distribution List

The Puesta del Sol PTA sends out a weekly packet, including El Sol newsletter and attachments, and other sporadic communications. You can receive a paper copy, an e-mail notice with a direct link to the online edition, or both. To switch from paper copies to online-only, you must opt out of the paper copy AND subscribe to the E-mail Distribution List.

Paper Packets

To opt out of the paper copy, please email newsletter@puestadelsolpta.org with your student's name/grade. Your child(ren) will continue to receive important paper forms.

Subscribing to the E-mail Distribution List

  1. Send an email to distribution-subscribe@puestadelsolpta.org. No need to include a subject or text since they will not be read.

  2. You will receive an e-mail verifying that you want to subscribe to the list. This should happen within 24 hours, you may need to check your junk folder.

  3. Please follow the directions in the email to verify your subscription.
Now you are on the list and will receive weekly messages with Eco Sol. Emails gathered will only be used by Puesta del Sol PTA, they will never be shared with advertisers or other organizations. If you have questions, please contact webmaster@puestadelsolpta.org. These steps need to be done only once for each e-mail address you wish to sign up .
