Maps Download For the XP operating system:

Step 1:  Click here this will open in new window so you can follow the directions below.

Step 2:  You will have the option of Open, Save or Cancel.  If you don't want to have to repeat this later in the year for another map select "Save" - this will save a copy of all maps on your computer.

Step 3:  Select a location and name on your computer where you want the compressed folder saved and then select "Save"

Step 4:  Once the download is complete select "Open". 

Step 5:  The folder is now downloaded and you need to extract the files.  Select  "Extract all files" on the left side.

Step 6:  Now you need to extract the files from the compressed folder.  You will see the following window, select Next.

Step 7:  Select where you want the extracted files to be saved and click on the Password button.

Step 8:  Enter the password provided in your initial Passport packet from the start of the year or email Passport Coordinator to receive the password. Once entered exactly (spacing and upper/lower case are important) click on the Next button for the files to extract.

Step 9:  Select Finish

Step 10:  The files have been saved and extracted.  Now open the pdf file for the month you need.
